Apple is set to introduce its AI-powered Apple Intelligence tools to the Vision Pro headset in an upcoming update, which is expected to roll out as soon as April 2025. The update, as part of the visionOS 2.4 software, will integrate features such as Writing Tools, Genmoji, and Image Playground. Apple’s goal is to bring these tools, first revealed in June 2024, to enhance the mixed reality experience on the Vision Pro.

However, the update will not include an upgraded version of Siri. In fact, Gurman reported that Apple’s much-anticipated improvements to Siri might be delayed due to ongoing engineering issues and bugs.

As early as this week, developers will receive access to a version of the update. This marks a key milestone for Apple in expanding its AI capabilities within the Vision Pro ecosystem, despite some challenges with other aspects of the AI integration.
